Bed and breakfast rates:

Includes full gourmet breakfast.

Weekends (Friday and Saturday)- $125
Weekdays (Sunday through Thursday)- $100
Grounds and downstairs bathroom - $100
Weddings, rehearsal dinners, special events - call for quote
Bridal Portraits - $25 per hour
A&M weekends and holidays require two night minimum
Deposit 20%, refundable two weeks before date
